The British Longboard Union (BLU), has again been sanctioned by the National Governing Body, Surfing GB to run the 2012 British Longboard Championships following the success of the 2009 - 2011 Championships.
These events attract some of the top Longboard surfers in the UK who regularly go on to represent the UK on the World stage. Top class competitors also compete in the Masters division which is also highly competitive. The Juniors (U16 & U18), are the feed stock of the sport and have produced some memorable competitors of a high standard.
The BLU is therefore seeking suitable sponsorship of the series and hence providing the opportunity to work alongside our environmental partner, The National Trust, for the 2013 series.
